Martin Runow

Head of European Product, Transaction Banking, Goldman Sachs

Martin is the European Product Head of Goldman Sach’s Transaction Bank. He joined Goldman Sachs in 2024 as a Managing Director and is based in Frankfurt, Germany.

Prior to joining the firm, Martin worked at Barclays in London as Global Head of Product for Payments, Foreign Exchange and Digital in Transaction Banking since 2019. Previously, he held a number of Transaction Banking and Corporate Banking roles both as a Product Management and Sales Executive at Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt, New York and Zurich. Martin started his career at Deutsche Bank as an apprentice in 1992.
