Hilary Tam

Hilary Tam is the Sustainability Leader for Amazon Web Services (AWS) in EMEA, where she works with organisations to turn sustainability into a driver of growth, resilience, and innovation. With over a decade of experience across industries, she has led large-scale transformation at the intersection of technology and sustainability, including previously heading global sustainability strategy at Arm. A former World Economic Forum fellow and Greenpeace climate and energy campaigner, Hilary brings a unique perspective spanning business, policy, and advocacy. She holds an MSc in Sustainability & Management and a BA in Political Science & Environmental Policy.
