JENS RÜBBERT

Jens Rübbert is the Regional Head Asia/Pacific of Landesbank Baden-Württemberg (LBBW)
residing in Singapore.

Before he joined LBBW in January 2018, Jens Rübbert worked for Deutsche Bank from 1991 until
2017 in several senior positions and in various countries such as Germany (1991 – 1996 and 2001 – 2009), Hong Kong (1996/97), Singapore (1997 – 2000) and Turkey (2000/01).

Before his current and second assignment in Singapore, he was Head of Large Caps Coverage/
Corporate Finance Stuttgart Hub (2005 – 2009), Chief Operating Officer for Deutsche Bank in
China (2009 – 2014) and Chief Country Officer for Deutsche Bank in Vietnam (2014 – 2017).

Jens holds a degree in business administration.

Besides, Jens Rübbert was Vice Chairman of the European Chamber of Commerce in China (2011 – 2014), Chairman of the German Business Association in Vietnam (2015 – 2017) and Chairman
of the European Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (2017). Furthermore, he was President of the
Singaporean-German Chamber of Industry and Commerce (from 9 March 2020 until 28 March
2023) and is now its Vice President.

Currently, Jens Rübbert is the Chairman of the EU-ASEAN Business Council (since 25 May 2023)
and President of the European Chamber of Commerce (EuroCham) Singapore (since 30 May 2023)
as well as Member of the Board of the German Asia-Pacific Business Association/ “Ostasiatischer
Verein – OAV” (since December 2018) and Member of the Executive Committee/ “Praesidium”
(since November 2023). Furthermore, Jens Rübbert was the Vice President 2024/25 pand is the
President Nominee 2027/28 of the Rotary Club of Singapore.

Furthermore, Jens is a member of the Supervisory Board of MetaWolf AG in Germany.

In 2021 Jens Rübbert was awarded the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany
(“Bundesverdienstkreuz am Bande”).
