Ying WANG

WANG Ying is Deputy Director-General of the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Local Financial Regulation, and concurrently Deputy Director of the Office of the Leading Group for the China (Beijing) Pilot Free Trade Zone and the National Integrated Demonstration Zone for Greater Openness in the Services Sector.

Previously, she worked in the Banking Management Department of the People’s Bank of China (PBOC), Banking Supervision Department III and the Policy Research Bureau of the China Banking Regulatory Commission (CBRC), the Banking Supervision Department of the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA, on secondment), and the Global Financial Markets Development Department of the World Bank China Office. She also served as a member of the Macroprudential Supervision Group (MPG) of the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision (BCBS).
