Nathalie Larrousé

Nathalie Larrousé joined the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in 2024 to head the Green Capital Market team within the Climate Strategy and Delivery Team, where she leads efforts to develop sustainable capital markets and mobilise private investment for the green transition across EBRD countries of operation. Nathalie oversees a product-specialist team focusing on supporting green capital market transactions, as well as market development and capacity building initiatives for the private sector and municipalities in EBRD’s Countries of Operation.

Prior to joining EBRD, Nathalie held senior roles in sustainable finance and capital markets at NatWest Markets and MUFG Securities, advising sovereigns, supranationals and agencies on sustainable debt strategies, green bond frameworks and ESG-related financing solutions. She brings more than 15 years of experience in fixed income and sustainable finance. Nathalie holds a Master in Management with a specialisation in Finance from EMLyon Business School and has studied economics in France, the United Kingdom and Mexico.
