We specialize in providing a range of corporate finance services, including buy and sell-side M&A, equity capital raising and debt financings to a global client base. Our clients include a broad network of institutional and high-net-worth investors, teams and team owners, leagues, sports and media companies, lenders and other financing sources.
Kyle leads ICS’ efforts originating and managing transactions on behalf of companies at the intersection of sports, media and entertainment. Kyle has arranged and led transactions across software, content and data, including: KORE Software’s investment from Serent Capital; Teamworks’ Series A and B funding rounds led by Seaport Capital and General Catalyst, respectively; as well as the acquisition of Baseball America from TEN: The Enthusiast Network.
In addition, Kyle spends significant time exploring various financing and transaction structures in team sports on behalf of institutional investors. He advised Fortress Credit Corp. and MGG Investment Group on separate debt financings for the Arizona Coyotes of the National Hockey League. Further, Kyle has evaluated opportunities and transactions across several global football leagues.
Prior to ICS, Kyle was with Hamilton Lane, a private equity investor headquartered in Philadelphia, PA. He was responsible for evaluating and executing new investment opportunities on behalf of a $600M fund. Kyle previously held advisory and valuation roles with Ernst & Young in New York City, as well as with ESPN’s International Finance group in Bristol, CT.
Education: Kyle received an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, and a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Notre Dame, where he was a walk-on with the Irish football team.
